Privacy & Referral Disclosure

Referral information

When you submit the Share My Property form, you provide property and contact information to Choctaw Mobile Homes. We do not automatically share that information with anyone.

Your information is shared with selected independent real estate investors in our Oklahoma network only after you expressly authorize Choctaw Mobile Homes to do so through the required consent checkboxes on the referral form.

Review before sharing

Every submission is reviewed by Choctaw Mobile Homes before any information is forwarded. We do not broadcast, sell, or mass-distribute your information. Scott decides whether, when, and to whom a referral is sent.

No guarantee of an offer

Choctaw Mobile Homes is not currently purchasing homes and is not making an offer to purchase your property. Submitting the referral form does not guarantee that you will receive an offer, does not guarantee any price, and does not guarantee the performance or conduct of any independent investor.

Independent third parties

Investors who receive your information are independent third parties. Choctaw Mobile Homes is not a real estate broker, agent, marketplace, or representative of those investors. Any agreement or transaction is between you and the investor.

Contact

If you have questions about your submission or how your information is handled, contact Scott directly.
